✨Here is the reality✨People don’t always respect deadlines and don’t really think about what it entails to not RSVP by the deadline🙄Like … it’s stressful as heck 😒

So do these 2 things below to help with that!

1️⃣ Before the deadline send this message to your guests:

Hello friends and family,

We hope this message finds you well. We noticed we haven’t yet received your RSVP for our wedding and wanted to gently remind you that our venue requires a final guest count by🗓️. We kindly ask that you log into our wedding website to respond before this date. We are so excited to celebrate with you and look forward to seeing you there!

(Added the wedding website link for easy access)

2️⃣ After the deadline send a message to those guests who have not RSVPed on time. This will help with the wedding crashers! Meaning those who show up even if they’ve not RSVP.

For my straight forward girls: “

Hey there, friends and family,

Looks like you missed the memo—the RSVP deadline for our wedding slipped by without a peep from you. Our final guest list is set, but if you’re still keen on crashing the party, BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair) and BYOS (Bring Your Own Sandwich)! We’ll miss having your name on the list, but hey, there’s always room for one more at the picnic table.
