Atlanta Botanical Garden & Biltmore Ballrooms Nigerian Wedding
This Nigerian wedding unfolded across two iconic Atlanta venues, beginning with a ceremony at Atlanta Botanical Garden and continuing with a reception at Biltmore Ballrooms. The day blended cultural tradition with a refined design approach, allowing each space to feel intentional while remaining visually connected.
At the Atlanta Botanical Garden, the ceremony embraced openness and natural beauty. The design remained light and considered, allowing the surrounding landscape to frame each moment. Color and texture added depth without distracting from the significance of the ceremony. Because of this, the setting felt expressive, grounded, and meaningful.
After the ceremony, the celebration transitioned into the Biltmore Ballrooms for the reception. The shift in venue introduced a more formal energy while maintaining continuity with the earlier moments of the day. Warm lighting, refined tablescapes, and thoughtful floral accents transformed the ballroom into an immersive environment. Rather than competing with the historic architecture, the design enhanced it and supported the flow of the celebration.
Throughout the wedding day, the design emphasized movement and clarity. Each transition felt natural, and every detail served a purpose. Consistent tones and materials connected the ceremony and reception while allowing each venue to retain its own character. Nothing felt excessive or forced. Instead, the experience unfolded with ease.
Designed by House of BASH, this Nigerian wedding honored tradition while embracing a modern design perspective. The final result delivered a celebration that felt dynamic, elegant, and memorable across both settings.
