Sarah & Ignacio

Sarah & Ignacio’s Swan House & Atlanta History Center Wedding
Their wedding unfolded across two of Atlanta’s most storied settings, beginning with a ceremony at the Swan House and continuing with a reception at the Atlanta History Center. The day reflected a timeless approach to design, pairing classic architecture with refined details that felt thoughtful and restrained.
At the Swan House, the ceremony design embraced the elegance of the estate and its surroundings. The focus remained on proportion and simplicity, allowing the architecture and grounds to lead. Soft tones, intentional floral placement, and clean lines framed the moment without distraction. As a result, the ceremony felt composed, romantic, and deeply connected to the setting.
After the ceremony, the celebration transitioned seamlessly to the Atlanta History Center for the reception. The design evolved to suit the scale of the space while maintaining continuity with the earlier moments of the day. Warm lighting, tailored tablescapes, and refined floral accents created an inviting atmosphere that encouraged connection and celebration. Rather than overwhelming the venue, each element enhanced the room and supported the natural flow of the evening.
Throughout the wedding day, the design emphasized clarity and movement. Transitions between spaces felt effortless, and repeated materials helped visually connect each location. Every detail served a purpose, creating an experience that felt cohesive without feeling overworked. Guests experienced each space fully while remaining immersed in the celebration.
Designed by House of BASH, an Atlanta wedding planner and wedding florist, this Swan House and Atlanta History Center wedding reflected Ignacio & Sarah’s vision for a celebration that felt timeless, personal, and well considered. The final result honored the historic character of both venues while delivering a modern, elevated wedding experience.
